*squeaks from the poke* I'm fine, cold, didn't realize it would get below freezing overnight. Almost couldn't close my window all the way because I suppose there was a bit of moisture around it. (I usually have it open a crack to allow air circulation)

I don't know much about mermaid items but I've seen people with darker tails (dark blue or black/gold). Since your hair is light against your skin, maybe a darker tail will be suitable.
