Background: Genin of Sand sent to take part in the Chuunin exams in the Leaf.

The Deal with me is: Probably the toughest Genin to take part in the Chuunin exams with Naruto and gang, I am the daughter of the Kage of the Sand and sister of Gaara. In the guise of taking the exams, she and my teammates/siblings were actually sent on an A-rank mission. My main function to assist in the Sand's invasion of the Leaf and keep a watch over Gaara. My weapon is that big fan I carry with me and my main jutsu is the Whirlwind technique, which, at a wave of the fan from me, blows up a windstorm embedded with chakra to sting my opponents.

After the invasion fo the Leaf by the Sand and Sound failed, I escaped back to the Sand with my siblings. I returned as an ally of Konoha wearing a funky new purple costume and an even shorter miniskirt during the Sasuke chase and helped Shikamaru fight the sound nin.

I am the oldest child and only daughter of the Fourth Kazekage, as well as being teammate and older sister to Gaara and Kankuro. I carry a giant iron fan on her back, which I use as a powerful ninja tool. I specializes in long-range combat, and has demonstrated my self to be fairly intelligent and a keen analyst, although not of the same caliber as Shikamaru Nara.

I am generally caring, if crude, toward my siblings and cohorts, but has a tendency to be quite cruel to my opponents in battle. I am is more demonstrative with my feelings than Kankuro when dealing with Gaara, and is somewhat less afraid of him. Shikamaru, after witnessing my fighting style secondhand, stated that I am more terrifying than his own mother.


I using my giant fan.I fight using my giant iron fan that appears to be based on Princess Iron Fan from Journey to the West. Inscribed on the fan are three purple circles spaced equally across its length, which I call "moons" ("stars" in the original Japanese). As I open the fan to reveal each moon in sequence, its power increases greatly. I usually starts fighting with it closed, and then reveals each moon one by one until the third is shown. Once this occurs, I will finish my opponent using my main jutsu, Cutting Whirlwind Technique.

I mainly use my fan to create a large wind gust to cut my opponents apart or force them back. I can also create whirlwinds and tornadoes. I also uses it as a powerful thrusting weapon or as a makeshift club, and has knocked my opponents unconscious simply by slamming the fan into their bodies, as in my fight against Shikamaru Nara. I can also glide on the fan, though this is only used to show off or intimidate my opponents, not as a practical mode of transportation.

My favorite foods are roasted chestnuts and vegetable soup; her least favorite foods are squid and octopus. Botany is my hobby and my favorite phrase is "Sharpen your kama at sunset." My most desired opponent is Shikamaru Nara.
