Sounds like it, you should post some pictures some time. I've been cruising Forge World and I'm thinking of getting their Lascannon; looks very nice, should be easier to work with and the rest of him will simply need some cardstock trim work.
Well, I'm working on a Warhammer 40K chess board right now, complete with actual terrain board and rolling hills, the squares marked out in static grass and bunt grass and have plenty of pieces left over, thus a Chaos army in the making. I'm thinking I could just Chaos-up a normal Dreadnought, due to the standard one looking very Thousand Sons and use one of the tiny lasers I have for the missiles, completely hollow the search light and the Las Cannons for some larger LEDs. Most people do just the view-port, but that's boring, I'm going to do more.
Not really, just a few holes here and there, hollow out a couple weapons and cut a plate off the inside of a piece of armor, then push the wires through. Nice and easy.
