    • My name? I'm ashamed on your behalf that you do not know who I am. I am Rufus Shinra begin_of_the_skype_highlighting     end_of_the_skype_highlighting, President of the Shinra Electric Power Company. The pleasure is all yours I'm sure. Yes, that's right, you heard correctly, President. After an unfortunate accident my father was killed in a most tragic way. Only moments after his death I rose to the seat of power and took over the company. Most may find this cruel hearted of me, but if you've ever studied companies and power positions as I have, you would understand that a company without a leader is doomed to fail.

      My past is really none of your concern. It was bland with numerous tutors including the Turks and even a trip to Junon for further schooling. Though I have my secrets, as everyone does, don't expect to know of them. I can assure you that you and I will not become friends and you are more than likely just going to piss me off upon trying to be friendly. There is nothing more annoying that some idiot trying to suck up. I value people for what they can do, not how pathetically they grovel.

      Currently I am trying to rebuild my company. Though we are still small, most of my employees have returned and we do have a building set up. I am in constant contact with Reeve Tuesti as I am funding his organization as well as my own. If you wish for a job with either organization I urge you to check at the front desk for applications. If for some reason you think I will help you personally, I will see that my door hits you on the way out.

      You may have noticed I'm not a pleasant man, that observation would be correct. If I've over estimated you're ability to comprehend even that small thing, then I hope you enjoy your life at whatever fast food restaurant you work at.

      Watching people squirm under my gaze is somewhat of a turn on.
      Paper work is the perfect excuse to get out of any and all situations. It's also a legitimate one.

      I think all of my Turks are attractive, but I can't stand the way Elena stares at Tseng during meetings.

    • Hello and welcome to my cosplay profile.

      The name is Zen, or Ivan, which ever you prefer to call me and I play Rufus Shinra. If you're one of those people that thinks that I am the same as my character you're best off not talking to me at all, even if we end up rping together. Unlike Rufus, I'm not a p***k, I'm actually quite a nice guy. I'm Canadian and will soon be twenty three years old. If you want more information you can drop me a comment or pm but make sure you have your ooc brackets other wise you will get a reply from Rufus. He doesn't take kindly to familiarity when he doesn't know a person.

      Please please please read the things I write on this profile. There really isn't anything more annoying to both Rufus and myself than someone that either completely ignores the 'rules' or just doesn't read them. They are there to help so you don't get an unfavourable comment/pm back. I'm here to have fun, not ignore people.

I play a number of characters other than Rufus as well. I do any time line as well as AU, because the idea of Rufus being a waiter in a café is hilarious. I do not play with OCs for one on ones. In comments is fine, but other wise, no. I've had too many bad experiences with them.

      - Don't god mode. Sephiroth can and will come after you if you try.

      - Do not harass my friends either. If you do there is a good chance I won't talk to you.

The silver had a cold expression on his face as he stepped into the seemingly empty room, fully aware of what occurred there. He walked towards the desk that was stacked with papers, knowing that the man that was tending to them would soon return. He looked around the room, taking one last glance at everything as he pulled a single form from within his jacket, reading it over before placing it on the man's desk, atop what he was currently working on.

It was hard to miss that document, for a form of that manner had a different color from all the rest, specifically for the reason of it not getting lost among all the other paperwork. The form was bright blue and he had written in red ink, whether it was to annoy the reader or because the form said he couldn't write in that color ink it was unclear, but it was filled out all the same. His name, age, date of birth and rank were all printed neatly on the required lines.

It was a letter of resignation, one that he was reluctant to turn in, but knew it would be for the best; he knew he was no longer of any use here. It was time to move on instead of making himself waste away over something that should have be avoided in the first place, he thought it was best to just leave. What was the use of lingering in a place where you weren't wanted?

He had pulled a cigarette out and lit it, uncaring of how it would smell in the room afterward since it no longer concerned him. After about smoking half of it he put it out in the coffee mug that sat there, figuring the blonde wasn't going to drink it anyway since it was more than likely cold. Silently he moved over to the window and glanced out of it for a moment, not knowing why he lingered there, hating to recall pleasant memories of this place.

He heaved a heavy sigh, prolonging it no more as he made a move to leave, taking one more look at the paper he left on the desk. He recalled the information and shook his head, knowing that Rufus probably wouldn't give a s**t about it anyway. In the part where it questioned the reason for his resignation, large bold letters were neatly printed, words carefully thought up written there.

It read: "Reason for resignation: I do not wish to be under the employ of cowards and fools. I am no one's b***h."

And with that he closed the door on this place for good.

The Turk pursed his lips, pausing for a moment to give the blond a quiet stare. "Have you forgotten?" he said in a firm tone, "I am not slow. I am detailed." A slight smirk graced across the raven-haired man's face. "Perhaps its time I made you remember just how detailed I am..."

The Turk didn't adorn his lips with a cigarette as others would typically do. Instead he sat up, the couch making a peeling noise from the leather mixed with the sweaty skin of side. He slumped back against the couch, despite the slouching-like pose, still seemed to regain a business-like stature. His eyes silently scanned the scenery of the office, Tseng silently remarking on how little had changed. He was grateful. The nostalgia was such a blessed gift, a much better change than the damp, worn-out bunker he had been in before. This was home, and he was thankful for being back.

he wasn't going to leave it a second time.

Sephiroth is perfection, none can be like him. I wouldn't waste time and effort engineering a creation to rival my own perfect creation.
