Rockman Carlos continues to be a Holyrockarian territory and as such is part of the Gaian account known as Holy Rocker101. It will be seen as an attack on the Kingdom of Holy Rocker101 if any Gaian tries to infringe on Holyrockarian rule in Rockman Carlos.
