I just bought a huge bag of Yukon Golds. Tomorrow I'm going to slice them in quarters, boil them in chicken broth with garlic cloves, then toss them in olive oil, basil, salt, fresh ground pepper, and a little bit of grated parmesan....dammit, I'm making myself hungry but it's way to late to cook.
