Rey Za Burrel is also a topgun of the ZAFT military. He seems both brave and courageous. He also seems to have some type of connection (perhaps a clone) of Neo. During his fight with a mobile armor from the re-upped Blue Cosmos, he had that freaky "Newtype Flash" with its pilot Neo Roanoke. What does that mean? We'll just have to wait and see. He pilots a White Commander Zaku and is admired by many fans. He is a powerful fighter and shows good accuracy with a pistol.

Background:
Rey is usually very quite and polite. He is a newtype, in which he is suspected of inheriting from Rau Le Creuset. Every time he is near Neo Lorrnoke of the Earth Alliance forces, he can sense it. He has a very close and somewhat queer connection to Chairman Dullindal. He is always very glad to see him and even runs up to hug him. Like Shinn Asuka, Rey is a top elite member of ZAFT. He wears the red suit and commands a ZAKU Phantom. He rooms on the Minerva with Shinn Asuka in which he later constantly supports even if it gets him into trouble.

Personality:
He has a very mysterious personality in the sense that he is very quiet and calm. Oftentimes, he stays out of other peoples way, but when he talks, he talks with sense and makes good points. His support goes fully to Chairan Dullindal in whom he seems to have a close relation to. He is so supportive of him that he does not feel any fear or remorse of taking down one of his own friends, for as long as it prevents anyone from getting in Dullindal’s way, its fine with him.

Skill:
Rey is a great pilot as he is one of ZAFT’s elite. He is also good at responding with clear responses that support a specific cause such as Shinn having the right to analyze the Freedom Gundam’s power as well as taking things from many perspectives. As a result of this, Athrun is usually annoyed by this and angrily turns away from him. He is also very skilled with a gun, though his skill does not beat that of Athrun Zala whom is much more accurate and skilled.
