I get irritable staying in the same spot for a long time.
(especially in class)
So, if I'm cooking I'll usually be cleaning the kitchen, or doing something that preoccupies me in that area.

I was on the phone, and normally when I'm on the phone i turn off everything
(mostly all of the heating appliances that is)
But this time, somehow was different.
So, yeah! ^_^
Actually it wasn't until I smelled the smoke, and then I had to throw them out.
But I made toast in the morning.
And I melted the bowl when I was making white rice.
Usually I put like a microwavable plate on top of it to speed up the heating process.
But this time I used a bowl, and it melted from the heat.
