Me? I'm Robert James, Das Blitzgott if you feel like calling me that, Amano if you know me on certain games, Rhoobert (thanks Natasha!), or The Prince of Darkness if your name is Ben Ingram or Sydney Steinbring. Those are about the only nicknames you'll get out of me unless your special, since everyone I meet seems to give me a different name for better or for worse. And there is one that will stick with me forever, but that's for special eyes only until the floodgates open and hell comes pouring out in which case it'll be the only name I'll go by.
The thing about me though is, the man is no match for the legend, whether famous or infamous. I'm never what people say about me. I'm labeled as both a b*****d and a best friend. It's up to you to decide which is which.
To lay myself out, I enjoy playing and making games, I enjoy reading, writing, inventing my own worlds and most of all learning new things or how to do old things better and then expressing these things to others when they need it.
I used to be Agnostic, but now I am a proud member of the Church of the SubGenius and the pursuit of Slack...though I have yet to send in my $30. I have been described as an Democrat and a Liberal, though I consider myself more of a realist and an American. I don't side myself with political parties, the "fringes", mass media, or the corporations-- they can all go to Hell as far as I'm concerned. I do what I must to survive, I believe what I believe is right, I know how to fight when I know I am right and how to back down when I know I am wrong.
If you don't like me, that's fine. It doesn't make a damn bit of difference to me. I don't play games with other people and I expect the same courtesy in return. I really love to joke around with people and make them laugh any way I can. I will always try to work out problems with people I care about and there are no lengths I won't go to get things done.
I'm told that if I had a theme song it would either be "The Joker" by Steve Miller or "Hell" by Disturbed. I agree, those songs fit me very well. If my life had a song, it would be "What Went Wrong?" by Blink-182.
There are few people in my life that mean anything to me. I don't open up easily, but when I do, it tends to work out well. Sometimes I get depressed, and some times that comes out in front of others, but it is a rare occurrence at best. My good days will always far outnumber my bad days, and I will always do my best to keep my head up, even when I'm feeling bluer than the sky.
I'm a guy who wants relationships, I'm not in it just for the physical side of things. One-night stands and half-baked "relationships" that don't go anywhere are not what I'm looking for. I want the real-deal, because that's what I will always give in return. I am loyal the the end and I expect the same thing in return, I have no room for cheaters.
I am doing everything I can to achieve my dreams and become a writer and a teacher. I hope to get my teaching degree in all grade levels teaching children English, writing and literature and hopefully someday teaching at a community college or a university as a professor though what really means more to me is to stay in Secondary and teach middle school English which is where I grew most as a person as well.
I also want The Black Legion to become a hit eight part TV show and a best selling computer game. It is my life and it will be done.
