I blame frozen chicken sad
In Philippines, we buy chicken which are really 1day fresh.. really fresh. unlike here.. all are frozen sad
I guess I won't eat chicken anymore here

I know all of those generic names. I used to give them to my patients in my home country. But what I hate here in England, they let me wait for 3weeks to on/off visiting the GP. And sometimes, only the nurse will interview and do nothing... thatz what I hate here, for God sake, I'm also a nurse and I know wat to do, it just so happen that this is not my home country who used to have contacts with my friends(doctors) to give me prescription. The GP Prescribed me that Ketotifen, but I just bought 30tabs of Piriton for me. I take it 4x/day. Everytime I visit my GP, they will ask me what food I took. Geez, don't they update their records? I even, myself volunteered to have blood test and allergic test so that it is confirmed from what certain food I'm allergic to. I rate them poor assertiveness about health here..

but I think this is the worst ever confused
I have Piriton. Cetirizine doesn't work for me.
And am on steroids again. Diet for this sucks

Nope but meh, sorry about that. At lest it's up and running now.
I am good, got a lot of things taken care of and I am just relaxing now. Going to try and watch, where the wild things are. Hope it's good, it looks cute.
