It's 2013 and I'm pretty sure I haven't updated the paragraph version of the About Me section in years.
I suppose that I should tell you that I enjoy crafting my own jewelry. Gemstones are my favorite thing to work with. Shiny, unpolished gemstones are my favorite because I love the imperfections in them. To me that makes them perfect. My etsy shop is in my signature. I am a terrible photographer, but just having things up that I've created is a big step for me.
I still read a ton, all the time...okay, mostly just before bed, its my favorite time to relax with a book. Dystopian all the way.
I also am highly involved in animal rescue and welfare in my city. Please adopt if you're looking for a family pet. 3-4 million animals die in shelters across the United States every year. Spay and neuter your pets, if you're feeding outside cats look into low cost clinics that can help you get them fixed for cheap. It's the responsible thing to do. If you're into animal rescue, drop me a line. I enjoy making friends in the field, they're the ones that understand the most when you have a bad day.
