i also heard from my hair stylist, that i shouldn't
use ANY of the pantene products because all of
them have alcohol in them which is like reeally
bad for my hair.
so how often should i use the hot oil treatment
and the protein builders or w/e? and the leave
in conditioners. like pick one every week or something?
how in the world do you have such healthy
hair if you keep changing it? i am always
having a hard time keeping mine healthy
since i'm dying it white. gonk
Oh I already know you'll be amazing at it for sure ;3
I know the feeling, but I guess the best I can say is just ask? If you become friends with the person, they'll probably say yes for sure. It really is easier with a drag mother though, because not only do they help you finish off your look, they also usually know all the other queens and know the people that own the clubs/bars and stuff and can help you book your first shows, as well as pretty much guide you through them. I'm socially retarded so that's a must for me
I don't know where exactly, I just know it's somewhere here in Nashville, my friends told me about it. Many travel out of state for pageants as well. If possible enter as many pageants as you can, I know I will when I'm ready anyways. Sooner or later you WILL win some, and it's probably good to get your name out there in the "gay/drag community" as well even if you don't win. I mean sometimes queens I've seen winning pageants were fat, and not convincing at all, not to trash talk or anything.
Me? I'm 20, and I still don't know what I want to do yet. I go from crappy job to crappy job, and am currently unemployed. Ideally, I'd like to do something with music, but that's kind of something that's more based on luck it seems. Or maybe a make-up artist or hair stylist, that's another possibility. I'm hoping maybe I can make a career out of drag now actually though. I'm not very picky as far as pay, I come from a really poor family anyways. But as long as I could do something I love and be able to pay for a small apartment, Id be fine
