I camp in a tent and wherever the camping is happening. Before this I was in a lodge and before that a friend of mine rented a tiny house on a campground. I'm pretty flexible with what I consider camping. I just want to be out of the city for a bit, I want to roast a marshmallow, and I want to be able to see the stars. If I can go hiking or at the very least walk a trail while I'm out there that's even better.
One of the games we have that I also really like is Horrible Therapist. It's not for mixed company though. I like card games when I'm tired.
Oh, that is so cool. I want to rent a cabin and do the same eventually. I just went to Portland and went camping while I was there. Camping wasn't the whole reason I was there. It was just one of my favorite parts. We also went on a hike. I joined a hiking group in my area. I would like to spend more time hiking as it really helps me handle stress better if I can go hiking more often.
Do you go hiking very often? What kind of board games do you like? I have one called Parks that is really fun.
Things are going really well. I started playing D&D again. It was nice to get back into it even though I was embarrassed for the first half because I had forgotten an important gaming mechanic. I play with friends though. So, it was nice. We're going to do a Larp thing for Halloween. I promised to help with the cooking portion of the night. I don't want to be involved in the fighting portion.
