Guess what I saw last night? The original Nightmare on Elm Street! And guess who was in it? Johnny Depp as his first movie performance ever!! He was the cutest thing ever when he was a teenager! ^///^ And he actually wasn't a crazy person. But he had the death that made me laugh a little.
Guess what else I saw in the last 24 hours? The new movie with the little killer girl..... =P

WOO!! Back from Senior trip!! Sorry I didn't call every day like I said I would. By the time we actually got any free time to do stuff like that, we were all DEAD. @_@ Last night was the first time I got a full amount of needed sleep in the past six days. Wish you had come though. We could have made fun of all the lame, cheesy, smiley, mainstream stuff together.

I saw that too, but once again I have a crazy overactive mind that goes in about fifty million directions all at once. And I do make fun of it when I'm watching it by myself. Like when 9 was stupid enough to put the thing that the Beast was going to put in for no good reason. Seen it plenty of other times in many other movies. And it is just entertainment. If you would rather sit back and laugh at the plot holes and everything that's wrong with it, it's fine. I just over think things that shouldn't be over thought.
Another example of that, sorry but this one has been bugging me since I first saw it. I think that the Machine wasn't just stealing souls to gain power or get a high, but it was trying to become human. It was originally nothing but pure logic and intelligence, so when it saw what the humans were doing, it's processing went, "You want me to create these weapons for you to defeat the 'evil' countries. Countries that are lying and hurting it's citizens in order to keep power. But you're doing that too so people will support the war and keep you in power(WWI reference because the whole war was basically an arms race and based off yellow jouranlism, AND I KNOW I CAN'T SPELL). That means all humans must be 'evil' so in order to follow your orders, I must kill all of you." Then when it did that and saw that humans weren't happy, it got confused. Knowing the science that had brought it to life, the Machine sent the Beast out to find anything with a soul left to bring it back and for it to gain a full soul. Until then, it shut down. Until it gained at least a part of a soul, the machine had no emotional responses. After it got 2's soul, it did. I mean, it got mad when it discovered that the Bird thing it made was totally messed up. Also, the scene where 5 discovered that it wasn't dead (I'm not dead yet!), the music had had some older effects thrown on it, but on the part where the Machine was picking itself up, the part of the song "If happy little blue birds fly, Beyond the rainbow, Why oh why can't I?" became really clear. So, I read that as being, "If father cared so much about those little creations to gave them part of his soul and make them living, why not me? Did he not love me as much as them?" a combo of the Machine's reasoning skills and newly found interesting of human emotions. *exhales loudly* Okay I'm done. Sorry for that horribly over thought reasoning, but this one over thought was one I've been dying to discuss since I saw it and you finally saw it, so yeah. ....I want cookies.....

That might be the difference. I got really into it and thought too much into different ways parts of the writing and characters than what probably was meant. For example, 7's character. She's a powerful and independent female who went off on her own to deal with the problems that were happening in the world rather than hide and cower like 1 who got his power by bossing others around. And while she was out dealing with the Beast and other machines, she learned that the best way to deal with these threats and problems was to face them straight own, after all they weren't expecting a 12 inch doll to come at them and kill them. After years of doing this, that became an automatic response when in a battle rather than sneaking around and attacking from behind. Now, this worked for killing the Beast, but the Machine learned how she fought and programmed the creations to deal with this style of attacking in ways that beat 7's style. She didn't need anyone to come after her, but in the situation that she got stick in for not being able to adapt (Darwinism here) it was good that someone did. And I don't think she and 9 fell in love, but because they're a part of the same soul, they do care deeply about each other and the others. Just the annoyance that they feel toward some of them probably hides it. The creator probably worked hard on her, and ended up liking her too much for her to just die, I mean I do that with my characters too even if I have to make some parts mainstream and stupid. ....... Or I'm thinking way too far into this and just proved I have an overactive mind........ sweatdrop

That's true. Johnny could deal with old people and kids. And after his adventure in the afterlife, he was less insane. For a while. But at the end of Squee!, it was hinted that he was back at the beginning again. Devi and Johnny...... Am I the only one who thinks that after I Feel Sick Devi would carefully try to reach back out to Nny after realizing what he went through? I mean, I found some parts from the original JTHM books that we didn't see in the director's cut and Nny was still in love with Devi after she escaped. They probably won't get anywhere because they're both damaged goods, but you know, be there for each other? Just that relationship would be nice for the two of them.
Um, can I call you when I get home? it'll be around five or five thirty. I think do the same thing that we did last week. Um, let's double check with everyone else before we decide on showing time. Just to make sure we're on the same page.

It's not the best, but it's okay. I liked certain parts more than others, and you could tell it was Jhonen. The baby throwing wasn't needed, but I think Jhonen was trying to get the point across that this guy has to deal with all the crud other people give service people every day and when he finally snapped, he REALLY snapped. And one of the best ways to portray that is baby abuse. Or eating of babies. I think second one of the guys who was pounding on the counter on the "Right now!" lines looks like a kid from our school. Not sure on name, but he looks just like him. Also, I can't image this being the result of Nny going into the service industry. He would have flipped on the first person who gave him crud. Maybe him before it became normal to dismember the person who laughs at you? To me that seems more likely. The effects the people made after being hit was from older video games? Really? That's pretty cool... I loved the little puppet and the explosion at the end. XD
We're still on for Sunday right??

Okay. I was picking up trash until one today. I have talked about it with the others, but I think I better call them after we get everything sorted out. I was also thinking I might hitch a ride with Spiral because I'm still really uncomfortable with driving on the highways (I almost caused an accident last time, and still haven't gotten over that). And yeah, the lunch thing sounds reasonable. Just no where insane.
It works very well with the gray. I love your avis. They're always so good. Unlike mine. ^^

I know. I'm just,... not ready to be an adult yet, I guess. I still want to be able to spend my time daydreaming and having fun doing things that when you try to do as an adult you get weird looks. I mean, this is an exciting time as well as a scary one, and I am excited and can't wait to be on my own, but I'm scared too. But after that last sentence of yours, I'm not scared at all anymore and all the things that were so scary suddenly don't seem so important! ^^ I'm so glad I can talk to you about this stuff! You make all the bad things go away! ^^ *hugs tightly* You're getting a hug in school tomorrow, just so you know.

And you are right. Biology is something I love, and should be looking for ways to expand it during college. That's something that you can't learn all by yourself. But we'll see. I probably should just be thinking one day at a time, not one decade at a time.
