Oh, when a food place isn't careful about flies, then it actually grosses me out. I was trying to be responsible for the dishes in a hotel restaurant once last fall, and in one corner of the kitchen, there was this little cloud of fruit flies and everything there was dirty, and I was supposed to clean up the dishes that didn't get clean in the machine there... I was thinking to myself "ew, I don't think I wanna eat here..."
I only lasted that one night, but it made me wonder how many other kitchens in my town are having such problems, so I get why you worry about those flies. They are a hygiene problem indeed and it's a shame that the rest of your staff members don't care as much :/ Is it a door that is dificult to close properly, though? That could be an issue in that case.
Aaw, I'm sorry to hear that. Isn't anyone teaching the new ones what they should do? Like, properly? I get that your place is busy, but people who are new usually get nervous and might not always dare to ask how you're supposed to do something. (Even though washing your hands should be common sense, but you know... I guess it's not.)

Okay, I might have forgotten xD But I think we differ about 6 or 7 hours from each other with the timezones, and since I have to go to bed earlier by now, I do miss you out when it's midnight for you, also I priorate other group calls or the ones with my boyfriend. I don't really feel like I have anything to talk about when you guys play league or so, even though I like talking to you all. So it's nice that we're typing to each other now smile
