Well I wanted to first off Thank You for commenting and voting on my avi in the arena!!!! So yeah THANK YOU!!!!!!!! Other than that though the rainbow background is actually a cloud and it is one of the many options on a cloud!!! The way to get them is to buy them in the marketplace. I believe to trade in the marketplace you would need a trading pass and you get them from the Market section of gaia!!! But you would search for one and then you would buy it!
