I think it's about 4 years or so here, and then some student teaching..
Also you have to go back every few years to learn some new things for a couple of weeks or something like that.
I never looked into it really, just things I learned some how.. x.x;;

What're your first and second languages? ;o
I know a bit of Cantonese (Chinese) and I use English regularly and I got stuck learning Spanish in school. Dx
I barely use the first and the last one though so I've forgotten most of it. =/
