If you don't have a trade ticket or whatever its called yet, go to Marketplace and it should be right there when the page opens.
Its only like 500 gold
However, if you do have a trade thingy-ma-jig then go to your inventory [hanger] from your "My Gaia" tab list.
Then it should be there in the "equip" tab of the inventory.
Click on the anklets, a lil' box should then pop up.
In blue lettering it should say "Sell on Marketplace"
Click that, then; look at the lowest price of that item.
Type in just below that pricing. Then list how long. Almost always do just "Buy now"
Then list it to a vend.

Ya'know you can sell those Demonic Anklets in the Marketplace right?
Then with the gold from that you can get other stuff, in the marketplace.
