If your zOMG ring is soulbound (look for a little padlock symbol on the lower left hand side of its icon), it can't be sold until you unequip it and place it in your ring tray. If you don't see the soulbound symbol, then you can sell it in the marketplace by hovering your cursor over "Shop", then hover over "Marketplace" until the menu pops open and then click on "Sell an Item". Find and select the ring you wish to sell, set the amount of time the vend will take place, the format you wish to sell it in (Bid/Buy/Bid and Buy), then set the amounts you wish to sell it at.
