Well here, there's nobody that can use a sword. Most people I know have never even touched one. I've been training for about...7 years now. Nearly 8.
We don't have any contests where I live either. Seriously, people here are boring. I suppose I win so many duels is because of the opponent's inexperience and because I am a mirror image, and am used to fighting right handed people whereas they have to fight differently to the way they normally used to.
I hate it when people always draw themselves holding swords and junk when they've never touched one before...It really gets on my nerves.
Wow. There aren't many people like me who have actually had training with the sword.
I have done a small amount of Kendo, and then I learnt to use the sword in Aikido, as well as european sword disciplines as well. in fact, the majority of my techniques are european, or european inspired. But because I'm left handed, some have refused to teach me because it's too difficult. So most of my techniques have been derived from thnigs I learnt, mostly european disciplines, and have been created by me. Also, I've never lost a duel (not trying to sound like a game character or anything like that...), and if we ever met, I'd kick your arse! XD
