The Night's Lament

i feel dark it is the night that soothes me it is my master keeper and lover i feel most things are most alive in the darkest of places. but most things are bright and careless and unthinking of the affects of they're actions it is easier to think more clearly in the dark for there is nothing to cloud your mind and nothing to distract you the cold soothes the mind and gives off the feeling of peace and well in mind in many lives the taste of the dark is changed into either fear or peace of mind the light confuses me and it toys with my mind at times it is easier to see things feel things and hear things at night because the senses in the human body are more alert the only reason people are afraid of the dark is because they don't know what's behind it or what's in it. in greek mythology the night is portrayed as a blanket that put's everyone to sleep I'm awake in the day and alive at night darkness is so much as a sanctuary as it is a war zone and I'm ok with that
