Truth be told, I'd rather sing or play the guitar... but, as said, somewhat tone deaf... (and I don't have the finger agility for the guitar.)

Good luck with that. I imagine with all the people who start bands that if there are such people, they're swamped.

That's true.
Songs never sound right live anyway, unless you've only heard them live, because it just sounds a little... off.
But I do know what you mean.
And that is a much better reason anyway.
