I'm doing really good. Thanks for asking. Today, in spite of almost blizzard conditions, I started my first class of Aquatic Aerobics for patients with MS. I was surprised at how well I did. It was a lot of fun. I even got to swim around the pool for about 20 minutes after and spent 15 minutes in the hot tub. That was the best part don't you know?! lol

I will not be back on Gaia until September. I have this week to do last minute doctor stuff and to get complete rest of my shoulder before going in on the 7th for the shoulder replacement. I appreciate your understanding in this matter. Love you all and am going to miss all of you.
