They call me Kaitlyn.I was born in the late 1900's with eyes of the sky and hair the color of the Earth; My skin the color of sand in the moonlight. As I grew it became apparent that my soul was far older than the facade of my body. I knew math I would use to begin high school in my first year of primary, and I spoke as though I had been learning nearly five years longer than I had. They would sit me down for tests because I knew more than my fellow classmates, and yet, still, I am just as you are.
Before I turned two my family knew what I was; Smart, independent, and to be quite honest, different.
By the time I was six I was a writer. I wrote poetry, stories, and quotes. I would spend hours with a pen writing nothing of importance. While other children were playing on swings and such I was writing. Learning. I have always enjoyed learning new things, but I have never been easy to teach.
I have no problems making friends, but with my direct approach to life I have been known to scare a few away. I have a tendency to be overbearing and controlling, and yet, my plans have never once failed.
There are people who talk about me in ways that are not true, simply because they cannot handle the fact that I do not act the way they expect me to, or think the way that they think. I am always me, no show of airs, or acting in a particular way so others will like me. It's not easy to be yourself in a time where everyone wants to be unique.
I am known as the princess and I am known as The b***h, and yet, people come to me for advice. They see that I am typically very level-headed, and they respect that. I enjoy material things, but they do not rule my life. I am a very simple person.
I expect two things from life, and only two; Freedom to enjoy my time alive and the freedom to learn.
