the only way i know to add a song id to find ot on someone els playlist then click on add...
as for adding it to your profile you need to get the link for it and add it into a media box...like of your were putting a Youtube vid on

when you see some one with a play list click add on any of there songs and it will take you to the site.
there it will walk you though what to do
