Try sniffing some hot salt water through your nose. It will clean out your sinuses. I know... I just got over a cold myself, sadly. Also, if you can, stock up on vitamin C. I managed to fix my cold in three days. Get allot of rest too, AND eat lots of fruit! Goodness, I wish I could send you some herbs... Goldenseal works like a charm. Oh, and raw onions work really well, too!! Like, if you eat spaghetti or a sandwich chop some up in it. Onions have become my new favorite food.

And make sure you keep the sheets on your bed fresh so that you don't recycle the virus and other germs. I change mine at LEAST twice a month. I really hope you get better. If you need any advise or anything call or something or message me, okay?

I've just been REALLY busy with EVERYTHING. I don't want to go into too much detail... I was talking about paranormal activity the movie in theaters. It's the scariest movie EVER. ^^ Except... it hadn't scared me that much. I heard that one girl left the movie in tears. Me and my sister have planned to watch it again soon. It'll be her third time.
