As for me, I am still a bio major. I WAS supposed to be taking O-chem this semester, but I wasn't able to get into the class that worked with my schedule (just going to prepare myself and take it next semester, I guess.) I'm taking this horrible psych class, too. It's a basic class, easy A, but it take too much time and work. There are like three quizzes and a test each week (and you're supposed to take each quiz until you get a near perfect score, which can take up to 10 - 15 tries). Not to mention we a writing assignment and a quarter exam every quarter (so those weeks are a pain to work with, especially because I need to spend time doing/studying for calculus and genetic (I'm taking 16 credits, so it can get hectic!). Sometimes I question some of the answers; a lot of them are either wrong or ambiguous... so it's not fun at all. The teacher doesn't really teach us anything, too. It's a "you learn by taking the quizzes" kind of thing. We just have to come to class to answer a few opinionated questions related to psych via a clicker (the class probably is 200+ people...).

I was just curious because a girl I know named Amanda, who I am starting to consider as a friend, (she was in my molecular and cell lab and gen chem II class, now she's in genetics with me) got me back into Ouran High School Host Club again, so I've been feeling like it's time for me to watch more girly anime. She's really nice and wants to get into more anime, so I've been trying to figure out some stuff she would like to watch. Problem is, the stuff I have been watching recently has been some bizarre stuff (Serial Experiment Lain, a classic, very trippy and confusing at times; and Steins; Gate, based off a visual-novel, about self proclaimed "mad scientist" Houin Koyma and his "lab members" who created a time machine microwave, focuses a lot on the "John Titor" conspiracy that happened back in 2000 on 4Chan).

I did get your e-mail, and I feel bad because I didn't reply to it. (I did read it, though) I've been so busy with school, it's not even funny. Part of me wishes I could work at a lab as well, but with the amount of homework I get, I feel that would be next to impossible to do everything! gonk
How have you been?
Also, do you have any good anime suggestions? (Especially any cutesy, girly ones? >_> wink

Blech...extremely busy ever since the new semester started! gonk
I've decided I'm 81% sure I want to go to medical school, and 73-ish% I want to become a forensic pathologist (which requires med school and even MORE classes/internships after that). Yeah...it's only the beginning and I already feel overwhelmed. The major contributors to this is my calculus and chemistry course (lab included). The chemistry teacher already has piled a bunch of online work as well as book reading. The lab will probably get easier as the days go on, but since I'm new to it, I am so lost! As for calculus, I don't so much have homework that is "due" but I need to do the assignments if I want practice for the tests. My English is just...really basic. I hate it. It's like I'm taking a middle school English course. scream
However, I am taking some fun classes like Cultures of the World (anthropology is cool to me) and French. I want to study abroad and Canada, so French will be useful. And I've meet a bunch of cool people there! I'm just waiting until I can start taking anatomy classes (because I really like the subject and feel that it's the information that actually sticks)...
Oh wow, I like typed a whole paragraph...sorry for that. xp I guess we have a lot of catching up to do. How about you?
