About
Alright, so, my name is MintySakuru (otherwise known as "Sakuru" or "Minty"
wink , and I'm a heavy anime fan. My favorites include all series' by clamp, Code Lyoko, and the Record of Lodoss War Series. I do draw, and I personally like my art, but due to a lack of scanners in my home, I cannot upload my art very often (I know: crap, right?), if at all. I also enjoy good grammar.
As far as games go (I KNOW you want to know this), I am an avid fan of the Street Fighter *Alpha* series, and I'm a MvC2 addict (GO SAKURA!!!). Despite my love for those fighting games, which are the opposites of what I am about to say that I like, I also LOVE rpgs, such as the Final Fantasy series, and the Breath of Fire Series, and I even dabble in MMORPGs.
Speaking of Rpgs, I enjoy joining in those writing rpgs. You know, where you and a whole bunch of other people just role-play, but you're writing lengthy stories and posts all of the time instead of actually playing a video game.. Ah, you know what I mean.
I have a myspace profile, if you're interested. The address:

I hopezz you likezz mezz!

Hobbies (other than artistry and gaming):

Being a gay lover with my female friends.
~I enjoy star gazing. Stars are my friends...
~I am in the middle of the worlds BIGGEST crush. >_<; No bash me, I am shy...
And that's about it...
OH! Really quick (yeah, I know, you're tired of me already, right?)! Okay..
So, you've probably noticed me around the picture post section lately, just... posting lots of posts that seem to demean artists, or are heavy/critical on criticism. I'll admit, I have a bit of an attitude problem along with a huge ethic/standard when it comes to art critics. I FIRMLY believe that an art critic should point out anything and everything he or she can, talk about how it makes the art look bad/awkward in any way, and then talk about how they can fix the mistakes. I figure, that if you CAN'T tell anyone about how they can fix their mistakes, then you really have no right to be telling them about their mistakes, because that's just a whole "pot calling the kettle black" thing. At the same time, though, I would hope everyone would be sensitive towards the better parts of the art. You know... make compliments. Be like a teacher. A REAL teacher.
And, NOW that's all (really).
