Yeah I remember my first time shooting. I was on a teen camping trip with our church. The pastor ran the guys through the 4 rules of safety then just handed me the 12 gauge and let me try it. I hesitated and the gun slipped forward in my grip leaving a gap between the stock and my shoulder. The main reason I don't shoot much though is because there's no nearby gun ranges and we're pretty low income so we can't really afford much ammo.

It's awesome to meet a girl that likes guns though. biggrin

I've got a .22 replica of a German luger, a .22 single shot bolt action rifle, a .22 semi auto rifle with an 18 round under barrel tube magazine, and a .32 revolver that's broken.
