I'm glad it's served you well and has held up well thus far! And yes, I think the lack of pilling might be due to the yarn used to make it. Different materials behave differently over time, though with frequent or heavy use, nearly any yarn or fabric can start doing it. Still, I hope it continues to serve you and does a good job of it for a long time to come! ^__^
And you're making a leaf-patterned patch to put on or integrate into a shawl? That sounds pretty cool and would be a nice touch, too. A leaf-patterned shawl could look really nice, as well. In any case, I'm sure you'll figure you'll figure your next creation out just fine. That and if your first sweater turned out so well, I'm certain your brother will love the one you make for him.

I've been eyeing narrowing down my Overwatch nendos. I should just ebay them, but ebay is such a pain in the butt sometimes.
It's neat. You have a pool of liquid UV resin and it has a light screen on the bottom that goes through the shape in layers. The light hardens the resin in the exposed areas. There's a plate that lifts up, so it's kinda printing upside down as you go.
I'm working on Nendoroid/Sylvaninan Family sized room boxes. Also Barbie stuff because everything modern is just coated in pink. .___.

Mine is I always manage to overtap the pencil and I end up cycling through the pencil/eraser.
It's actually a resin printer! (Which is kinda why it's still stuck in the box 10 months on...)
Supposed to be good for minatures, so hopefully I'll start on parts of a doll house I want to start.
