I believe in 2 scenarios: 1, that our soul regenerate into the energies of our planet. Reincarnation. And It can become anything on this planet, animal, plants, etc. Or maybe even further out then our planet. Or 2, our souls reach another plain in the universe that we can't see physically.

I can't say for sure. But I believe that our minds/our conscious could possibly manifest into energy, or as a soul, and maybe reach the "heavens". Wherever that place may be, it's probably somewhere that's part of our universe. In this dimension, or maybe in another.
