This world is a rotten place, constantly falling apart - wreaking with an ill odor of decay. They have become weak and pathetic, letting emotions get the best of them; causing their views to become twisted. Murderers, rapists, adulterers, unjust actions - I will put an end to it all. I will create a Divine World.

I will change this disgusting planet into a glorious Utopia, using any means necessary because I know, someday - they can become a great people.

I will be the ultimate judge, for I am Kira! I am God! Mu-wahahahaha!
