DAVID BECKHAM!!!
He’s only 31, so he’s got some good playing years left ahead of him. And he’ll certainly get more time on the pitch. Although, he’ll have to get used to playing on fields lined for American football (that always chafes my a**). But, I can’t help but wonder if playing in the MLS will be too easy for him. Not to belittle MLS players, as there are some world class players there, but… certainly none like Becks. It might be a bit like a Wizards-era Michael Jordan playing hoops with 5th graders. Well, perhaps that’s a bit extreme, but you get the idea.
