Twilight is a Fallen, the nuetral force in a universe filled with good and evil. She was once an angel, but she was cast down from "Heaven" for loving a newly-created vampire. Betrayed by her own love in the end, she roamed the earth for years, seeking a way to bring down revenge on those who had turned against her. She opposes the demons' point of view, but it's starting to look better and better with time.
