You feel a prescence behind you. Do you dare turn around? Wait, no. No time to make that descision. Before you know it someone steps before you, hopefully not making you jump out of your socks, a purple-haired woman is before you-a quaint, gentle smile plastered to her face. A smile that seems far too gentle and kind and is more then likely one of the false ones people put on when greeting people. The woman is quite strange. Her hair falsely colored a deep purple, wearing a odd outfit consisting of purple and white to match. The stranger seems to recognize you, she bats her thick lashes before letting her golden-brown eyes take a glance at you. She almost immediatly sticks her hand out to shake yours, "I'm Seraphim." She notes quickly, obviously new to the hero business and such. How had she find you? Only god would know. Other then the odd arrival one could only decide what to make of the young woman. "And you must be, um...Nathan Petrelli. How darlin', I've been meetin' so many people today. Y'seem awfully familiar. I figured I'd say hello....mmm, have I seen you on TV or something?" She taps a gloved finger to her chin softly, looking upward as if searching for answers as she waits for a response.
Jean took ahold of the folder the Senator handed her. Thumbing through the file briefly, while listening to him speak. A slight frown creased along her forehead, as she skimmed through the pages. New Warriors incident. How come she had never heard of this. Was this a hoax? Her emerald eyes did a flash of gold, as she scanned the man mentally to see if he was lying as well to see if he's speaking the truth. A wild fire hidden from within the pools of green, flickered to the surface as her power levels increased.
Her appearance, remained calm, cool and collected on the outside. And for the oddest reason, the Senator's actions. Where telling her something was a bit off by this. There was no such evidence about this attack. She would have known of this, along with every other mutant in the school. Then she stopped, a darkened look appeared along her cool and collected face. As her eyes narrowed. Was this the b*****d that made the Sentinels attack both the humans and mutants? There was an amount of energy that rose up along her skin, snaking in a wave that appeared to be flames along her arms. To someone who's not used to seeing that kind of power, would surely fear the tone in her voice, as she spoke up.
"How do I know you're speaking the truth, Senator?" Moving away from the desk as she confronted the man. You could tell a hint of anger within her voice, as she invaded the man's thoughts. Seeking out the truth of the matter. We know nothing of this supposid attack you are claiming occured. Thinking he was the one who sent the Sentinels to attack all of them. This angered Jean as her power increased with intensity. If this man was lying. No amount of flight would let him escape the true power hidden from within, Jean Grey.
Storm: Senator... I do suggest you mind your town. I am not just a "Mutant" But a dyplomat as well.
~She says sharply.~
Storm: Mistakes that have been made? Those have been attacks mutants know how to control their powers that is why we have the school to help them. The mistakes have been attacks by terrorists that we the Xmen have saved. We have lost lives loved ones and family to protect this country.
"Well i can shapeshift into any1 i want but only guy heroes like iron man and such" He whispered "and i was speakin as no1 is around Mr...... whats ur name?" He said.
"Sure i saw u flyin a few minutes ago" He whispered as he looked at the man. "And another thing im not a young kid, im a college student and a shapeshifter" He said in a low tone.
