Fun fact, I got locked out of my account for a year. Comp crashed, got a new one but I didn't remember my password and it was no longer saved in my browser. And the Forgot Password Function DID NOT WORK (never got the email to reset). So I gave up for a while then came back and had to contact support for this to get fixed.
