******** cancer!

Hello, just want to ask you all to keep my dear friend in your minds, she's like a sister to me. She's been diagnosed with stage 4 breast cancer, and while this disease is usually easily treatable, things are not looking good. It was spread to her lymph nodes, neck, and spinal cord... it is inflammatory as well. There is usually only a 4% survival rate for this type of cancer, but she is full of energy and fighting spirit. I believe she can win this battle. Please keep her in your minds, and if you are religious, prayers.

Hello there, my name is a secret, but most people tend to just call me Vinxy. I'm a big fan of music from the 60's, 70's and 80's. I do listen to some current music, but in my honest opinion it's all gone downhill. I'm a huge proprietor of crafting, and can usually be found doing said activity. Yarn is my canvas and the hook my brush. Yarn is the only medium I really deal with.

I tend to be hard to talk to, as I am a "to myself person." When a certain topic strikes my fancy I will engage in the conversation (usually in a quite random way) and will stop talking almost immediately is the conversation starts to lose it's steam and sense. I guess you could say I'm a bit of a loner. I enjoy the time I have to myself, and usually don't go looking for company unless I feel socially sapped. I have an amazing best friend, seriously, I don't know what I would do without her. We are complete and total opposites, but I wouldn't have it any other way, she's srsly amazing. <3

I'm 17, slightly literate (besides the occasional spelling error and typo), and enjoying my life of single-hood. I'm not looking for a "thang," "boyfriend," "life partner," or a relationship at this time, and if you must really know why it's because of my experiences in past ones.
Unlike most teenagers, I am completely comfortable with who I am and what I look like. You will not find me bashing myself over my personality or physical appearance. This is the way I am, take it or leave it, buster.

There really isn't anything more to be besides the fact I enjoy video games. Mostly hack'n'slash and puzzle games (perfect example: The Legend of Zelda series). Just because I'm a girl doesn't mean I couldn't beat your sorry arse in a game, I mean seriously, this is the 21st century, get off your high horse and stop "going easy" on us.

I don't have any strong religious or political views, and can not really pin a name to them.
