Yes, I knew of closing costs...I use to own my own home. Many years ago. It's a big responsibility for sure. When I married my husband, he lived on a ranch that he is the property manager of, so to speak. Since I've sold the house and doubled my cost. So, it was a good investment. Now I'm looking into rolling over my 401k plan, lots to learn. Need to phone someone.
