Luckily I'm living in my MIL house. Technically its me and my hubby's home but she owns it. The house is really old and my 'rent' is me paying the mortgage on it.
But since its old, I'm constantly having to pay for repairs or inspections. Though I guess it's better than what the housing market has turned into...
