I just got check up very recently. Nasa 109 sugar level ko. Normal daw yun sabi ng doctor kasi kumain ako 6am. Pero hindi pa din ako mapakali. Tas pinapakain ako palagi sa office kaya feeling ko nag gagain weight na namn ako.

nagpatingin ako last para sa blood sugar ko pero hindi ako naka pag lab dahil late na ako dumating for laboratory. dapat kasi hindi ako mag exceed sa time of fasting so hindi na ako bumalik dahil sa byahe.

changing my health lifestyle slowly 🥲napansin ko na uhaw na uhaw ako lagi at may part sa leeg ko na ngingitim. emotion_facepalm sabi ng mama ko sa dahil daw yun sa kinakain ko. I got scared kasi namatay lang uncle ko recently dahil sa complications sa diabetes. I lost 2kg already and still long way to go.
