The cosplay sounds awesome. I wish I knew how to make clothes. I was too busy taking all of the ridiculous brainy classes in high school to think about something practical like home ec. Come to think of it, I don't think they taught that there either. Or there were some ridiculous pre-requisites so that you'd spend two years just working to take the class. Like how you had to take public speaking before drama. Do they really have anything to do with each other?
Oops... sorry for rambling. ^^; It's cool that you have something you're so passionate about to do your report on.
WAH! Of course you should come back! We need good DK analyzers! Yes, yes! I was very happy to see you. And I see you found Sareh. Did you find the discussion on why Rath kills demons that's back a couple pages? 'That' was interesting.
Rath and Kharl are my favorite characters. Rath I liked from the beginning. Maybe just the concept of a demon that kills demons, or maybe just characters with dark pasts. I don't know, but Rath fascinates and frustrates me, and therefore fascinates me more. Kharl I first met in book 9, having inadvertedly skipped said previous 7 books. As a mysterious antagonist, and as Rath's real parents, and... a number of other things actually. It's like, I liked him from the first with the concept of someone capable of controlling another's mind and as a magical alchemist person, but the more I read about him, the more I came to like him. And the more I realized the incredible depth of his character. But the sheer number of mysteries surrounding him (Arinas, the Eastern King, his master, Rath's real origins and first death) all just add to it. And he's funny. *nod, nod*
So, yeah, that's me. Currently frustrated with book 25. -_-
Ah! You must be the infamous Nushi that Rathykins was talking about! DK theorizer extraordinaire! *excited* So what happens? I finally find the official DK discussion thread and you're no longer there! Ah, but have you seen Sareh's last post! Man, how does she find this stuff?!!
So, so, so, who's your favorite character? (eh, if I'm not bugging you, that is)
