My real name is Chris .... not tellin u last name.... and i like ninjas video games, anime, playin the guitar and skateboarding/casterboardgin. (Ripstik) I am from the Bahamas and I like to make new friends and chat every now and again. My favorite things to do on gaia is to play zOMG because i love MMORPGs. My favorite one of all time is maplestory blaugh I also love S4 League! Others that i've played are Wonderking and LaTale. Wonderking is my second favorite but Latale...i didn't really play long sweatdrop Anyway..... But basicly I was going to buy a house, fix it and rent it out, and repeat till Im rolling in money. This course is just me learning all the legalities of things. So right now its a Property Management Course, then I was going to take a Strata Management Course, then Trading Properties. As well as pick up some booking about basic laws.
