Yeah..it upsets me..the puppy I got is really really emaciated..and he's obviously been abused and neglected because he's so timid and he flinches a lot, and anytime I try to take him for a walk he won't go because he's scared I'm going to just leave him.

Uhm, animal shelters...but I don't like going there...because there's not one dog or cat that's in good shape...and they're all miserable, and if no one takes them, they're gonna be put down in a week or two...and that upsets me
