FOURTEEN YEAR OLD GIRL NAMED RUTH WAS SITTING AT HOME EATING TACOS WHILE BABYSITTING HER BROTHER WHILE HER PARENTS WERE OUT GETTING DRUNK.ITS 9:00 SO SHE PUTS HER BROTHER TO BED AND HE FALLS ASLEEP IMMEDIATELY.
