I would LOVE to be a Chocobo <3
Sadly, the costumes here are rather limited... There are hardly any full body suits. Among the most original costumes are pirate costumes or whatnot

Drunk teenagers do xD ( there is no trick or treating though, that's reserved for a seperate, Icelandic holiday)
I would have been one of them but I had to work

I'm not sure what country has the lowest murder rate, but unfortunately murder cases have been on the rise here in Iceland... it's quite sad.

And thank you for wishing me luck with school. I'm just about to hand in my final essay for history and I'm really proud of what I've done so far.
I hope I get a good grade Dx

Yes I am envious. It's just because Iceland doesn't have the recources to make these things so it's very prudent to limit acess to them because it's so easy. I mean if every Icelandic person was aloud to have a knife collection or a gun collection or whatever we probably wouldn't still be the nation with one of the lowest murder rates in the world.
And I'm sorry but the link you posted for the online drawing site didn't work. I'd be really interested though because I'm trying to break into digital art but don't have the time or recources for it. If I had like a handy internet site or something I'd be able to ease myself into it so I'd be better prepared for when I have more freetime to pursue it.
Right now I'm sinking in homework to be able to graduate on time Dx

Yeah, my cousin tried to bring her katan back from NZ and they got taken away from her. I'm pretty sure they broke them afterwards.
I think you're not a blade longer then 15 cm unless it's like a kitchen utensil or something.

I got the bow, but I'm still trying to get permission to let it into the country. Iceland has very strict laws on the import on weapons so I have to import it as a sports item but for that I need to get permission from the archery association of Iceland and that's going to take at least a month more. But in the meanwhile I get to practice with a European bow smile

Indeed I have. I went on sunday at 11 pm and didn't come home 'till 2am so it was very fun waking up and going to work the day after (but it was soooo worth it)
I do feel like they could have done a better job with the movie though, considering the book was much better, but it's always hard to depict good books as good movies.

Winds are pretty crazy in Iceland but they don't get that crazy.
Iceland is stationed on the borders of two major weather currents so the weather here is pretty unpratictable but if it wern't for the golfstream it would be to cold to be habitable.
I just finished summer school and that's one of the things I was learning =P

I'm good. I finishing summer school this week so then my summer vacation can finally commence (apart from work of course)
And you have rasberries in your garden!? How lucky. Rasberries can't grow in Iceland but we have some other, smaller, red berries growing in the communal park that is close to my house. I don't know what their called in English but in Icelandic it's rifsber, which means rib's berries. I did use to have a small strawberry bush next in my garden in England though, I use to eat them before anybody else could =P
