I don't take orders from people I don't respect, and respect is something you earn. I treat everyone as an equal until they disrespect me. I am the Captain of this ship and if you don't like it, you can leave at the next port. But I would watch your step, if I see you getting out of line and you do something do draw attention to the fact that you have already made me angry on several occasions you may just be getting off the ship a little bit earlier than the next port, if you catch my drift.
My favorite TV show was I Dream Of Pirates. It was along the I dream of Genie genre except with pirates. They couldn't get any good sponsors and it was difficult when pirates just showed up all the time and started plundering. The story line quickly fell apart due to poor script writting and lack of sponsorship. However it did manage to last 1 whole season and is still available for viewing in parts of Guam.
