My name is Johnny
I'm 26 years old.
I am currently trying to find my way out of the Midwest. My goal is to head to the West Coast and get involved in the fashion industry.
I enjoy playing sand volleyball, softball, and ultimate frisbee.
In my free time, I play video games, watch movies, go shopping (thrift shopping is fun!), read, sew, or find reasons to get out with friends.

I joined this site in 2005, back when I was an 8th grader struggling to find out who he was. Since then, I can say that I have come out as a gay male, and am in a good place with who I've been becoming in life. I am keeping some elements of who I was on my profile, but this is just a short update for you. I've been coming out of my shell, and it's quite interesting figuring out that I am an ambivert, so I find myself shy in some situations, and ready to lead others. I am a very social person, and try to get involved in a lot of things when I can. I went to North Dakota State University, and finally ended up finishing with a degree in Apparel Studies. This leaves me with a very diverse list of options that I can take my life, but I want to get out of the Midwest first. This website, and the Gay and Bi guild that I was a part of definitely saved my life, and I'll forever be thankful to the people I interacted with.

I'm shy towards people when I first meet them.
That might be the same case around here.
But if you are lucky enough to get to know me, than great! =]
Judge me before you get past my shy barrier and you might be missing out.
So just give me a try.

I like making new friends.
At the moment, I'm looking for guy friends.
That's what I lack IRL...
*sigh*

More About Johnny...

There's a mix in who I've always been along with some judgment in the gay culture that have made me feel self-conscious a lot, but I've been working on doing things for me, and not for what I think others want me to be. I still find myself struggling with positive self image from time to time, but I am a LOT better now than I ever was during my time in middle/high school.

I am still an artsy person. I went to school essentially for fashion, and I loved every moment of it. I sewed a lot for classes, but I also do a lot for fun, because I think designing things to be worn is great! That by no means makes me want my own line though. I think that idea is too overwhelming! I also got involved in our school's hip hop team, and I hope to get back into dancing whenever I do finally make it to the West Coast. I like having a creative mind, and it's fun being around others who have their own kind of creativity.

Well I tend to look down on myself a lot.
It doesn't do too much to build my self-esteem.
I hate looking at myself in pictures, yet I love taking pictues of myself.

I am a very flirty person in real life and maybe to some of you on here XD.

I can be a bit artsy at times but again I put everything I do down.
I am a perfectionist when I do projects and so group projects with the wrong people just set me off.
Especially when they make my minor OCD start acting up.

Apparently I am well known at school, but I think of myself as a face in the crowd.

I pretty much hate people who pretend to be one person, and then change their minds and tell you who they supposedly really are.

I hate people who are annoying and persistant, so if you constantly do something, and I try to clue to you that it bugs me, don't do it anymore or I will totally go out on you.

I have my moments where I wanna break down and cry so if you hate people like that, either don't talk to me on those days, or don't talk to me period.
