Her stomache growled with the anticipation of food as she had glanced down and noticed the soot and dirt was now off of her with a kind of utter amazement.. she had reached forward towards him and wrapped her small slender arms around him in aher demonstrating appreciation and affection, brushing her always warm cheek against his much like she would do with any member of her pack.
she rubbed the back of her neck "well i don't exactly sleep, so ill be spending all night watching tv i guess. as long as its comfortable i don't mind" she smiled up at him "do you plan on staying the night or will you go back to your place?" this time she let go of his hand glancing back at him before setting herself on the couch and reaching for the remote. Marie turned the tv on and flicked through the channels quietly.
"Yay! Caris had dared to leap down from her shoulder-side perch, using his limber arm to greatly slow her fall. She had managed to successfully slide down to the softer ground below, and once there, she took off in a delighted skip towards his trailer. If he was just now questioning her motives for the mirror, she knew he'd have a thousand more questions after her demonstration. "You're a silly space man, you know that? I need a mirror so I can get to the Fields and get our hats! Oh! Oh! I can get us more popcorn while I'm there too! Wouldn't that be super duper fancy too?" Again she had been sidetracked by her childish attention span, but she managed to regain herself moments later. "Oh! Before I forget, is there a Misses Space Man? Should I get a third hat?"
"No no! We have to get matching hats!" Caris would pout, her small hands reaching to gingerly tug at his hair. The vivid imagination of hers had managed to wander off enough to envision just what exactly he would look like with a fluffy rabbit hat on. The very idea easily made her giggle in delight, and she stood up on his shoulder. Luckily for him, his shrugging was weak enough to only offset her balance in the slightest. "Matching hats! Matching hats! We can both get ones that are big and soft and fluffy with bunny ears! Doesn't that sound fun?" she chimed, her hands swiveling and clasping below her chin. Her brilliant beady eyes narrowed and locked on his through the mask, a soft smile remaining. "Oh! But first we're going to need a mirror! That way I can get you the right hat size!"
