I have black hair and ice blue eyes, I stand at 5'11 and I'm more of a slender guy. I like training and I train hard, I also like power and being in control of everything. I'm from Kanto, I grew up in Lavender town, and my past is none of your concern or business. I'm the right hand man of Giovanni, so obviously I'm in Team Rocket. Right now I am located in Unova on missions.

My personality? Well...I'm a playboy, confident, cocky, arrogant, authorative and blunt. Toying with people is fun too, I'm pretty mellow, and not bothered what people think about me. Aqua?
