It's the pendant, from the new gauntlet thing this month. It's a little glitchy, hence the green goo. It should be fixed soon, hopefully.

Nothing. The price got lower and lower. I was questing the cloud so I had like 43k and then I was trying to sell the shop items back to the npc's and I did to earn 45k cause there was one for 45k and.... there was a lot of 44k sellers that got sold fast and I got one!!!
